    Apologies that we could not meet your requirements. If you could be more specific as to what you were trying and where you faced issues, it would be helpful and perhaps we could resolve the scenario for you.

    However, if you want to remove Acrobat Trial, simply uninstall Adobe Acrobat software. After that if you open a PDF file, it will ask which software should take ownership of PDF files.

    I just read the above comment from Karan Malik to "just uninstall Adobe Acrobat software." Will this end the trial too? I don't want to be charged for something I couldn't use and am trying to end. Thank you for your comments.

    I am not happy with this and want to end the trial. The offer said I could do that on line, can't find it. Where do I look?
