I agree and a better help search query. Every time I try to look something up from the help menu, it never brings up anything relevant and most of the time it just says not found. I have to go onto the internet and find people who have gone through it etc. Also, they don't link their error message. For instance, I was having a "Bad Parameter" error and an "incorrect structure" error, I've had the bad parameter error quite a few times, so I have an article saved, which had 2 options to fix it, but the first one always worked, so not that I had this incorrect structure one, I couldn't find anything that was answered on it. Well, the second option on the bad parameter article worked for the incorrect structure. Acrobat is nice because of the conversion from pdf to word but most everything else is terrible ( I wont go into their printing issues)
