    There is a dialog that pops up on many PDFs that says "preparing the document for reading..." - it displays a progress bar and only has a "Cancel" button. Why is this operation shown to the user? Why does this dialog need to be presented, and interrupt my viewing of the document, at all? This operation should happen silently. Only if an error occurs when the user wants to use the "readable content" or whatever the output is of the file, should an error message be shown.
