    For everyone commenting below, I am followed the instructions in the "Resolved" answer above and it changes your windows Registry so that clicking the little mail icon DOES change it back to a ONE STEP process to create an Outlook email with the file attached.

    Today's update changed a one-click process into a process that now takes three clicks and it's a terrible change. There should still be a button which automatically generates an Outlook email with PDF attached. Previously I could just click that button and it would be done. Now I have to click Share button, Click the Send as Attachment button, make sure it's on default, and then click continue. There needs to be a button available in the tools menu at the top where I can just click it and it does all of this for me like it used to. I send so many files this way that making it three clicks is going to really add-up the wasted time clicking through all these unnecessary steps to do something that used to be so simple.
