    Do you see the same error with other PDF files or only with this specific one?

    Hi Shauna,

    By default, it should go to your /Users/<username>/Downloads folder. If you are using desktop browser, the settings are in your browser preference. Please see the screen capture. Hope it helps.

    1. Test account (Adobe ID)
    2. File size
    3. Are you uploading via File upload or file sharing?
