Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

Hi Shauna,
By default, it should go to your /Users/<username>/Downloads folder. If you are using desktop browser, the settings are in your browser preference. Please see the screen capture. Hope it helps.
