    We just tried compressing your file and we were able to compress it to 7.9 MB from 27 MB. We can investigate further once we have more details.

  11. Your conversion services were not free as advertised. I could only convert 3 pdfs to jpgs before you just kept trying to get me to subscribe

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for inconvenience. Could you please add some more details, what exactly you would need help with. If you add want to add cover page, we have capability to do that using "Stylize this page" with our Acrobat Pro subscription.
    Steps:
    1. Open desired PDF file for viewing
    2. On left side panel, click on Stylize this PDF
    3. This will take you to Adobe Express and from here you can add/edit different cover pages
