    Ravi, everything is up to date and don't patronise Adobe users by saying how to update their apps. We know what to do.

    No matter what system you try to replicate the issue on, from our end, the user, it still occurs.

    Your reply has not helped and perhaps you could at least offer further investigations.

    Running Win 10 - and like I said everything is up-to-date.

    I have exactly the same issue on my work system. Very annoying. It's like the app just resets to full default when closed then re-opened.
