    We're sorry for the trouble you had with Acrobat. We are continuously working on improving the export to excel experience. Thank you for reporting the issue, it will help us in finding more areas of improvements. Can you please provide us the details of the following:

    1. Acrobat Version - Please share the screenshot of the Acrobat version screen
    Go to help -> About Acrobat ... and take a screenshot
    2. Operating system (Mac/Win)
    3. Input PDF Files and its exported output

    It might be helpful to actually be able to reply to you directly here or in the email you sent...But, then again I never expect people to do the simple common sense thing here...but I digress...

    Acrobat Pro DC version 2019.010.20100

    OS is Windows 7

    I am not able to provide any more details due to confidentiality issues.
