    I have the same issue now. However I could still use the option in 19.06.00 UNTIL I updated iOS to 12.3.1 just now.
    The issue was tested due to issues on other working iPads with the same issue.

    The issue is checked and found on iPad Air 2's and iPad Pro's 10,9".
