    Sweta, good morning,

    yes, I have german layout, and Ctrl 0 is zooming in, Ctrl 1 is zooming out. But that's not the standard. Over the last 20 years Acrobat/Acrobat Reader have had the same shortcuts like Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop: Ctrl + / Ctrl - / Ctrl 0. All applications should use the same shortcuts. Or you have to set up the possibility of individual keyboard shortcuts with Acrobat, like with the other applications, so that the users can change that.

    it's Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.021.20058 and Adobe Reader (the latest version)
