Standard zoom shortcuts are not working anymore

Standard zoom shortcuts are not working anymore:

  • Strg (Ctrl) + for zooming in
  • Strg (Ctrl) - for zooming out
  • Strg (Ctrl) 0 (zero) for fit to screen

Adobe CC 2020 german
Windows 10.0.17763 german

    Ctrl - now adds comment, I hate it!
    All other adobe apps respect these shortcuts

    Sweta, good morning,

    yes, I have german layout, and Ctrl 0 is zooming in, Ctrl 1 is zooming out. But that's not the standard. Over the last 20 years Acrobat/Acrobat Reader have had the same shortcuts like Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop: Ctrl + / Ctrl - / Ctrl 0. All applications should use the same shortcuts. Or you have to set up the possibility of individual keyboard shortcuts with Acrobat, like with the other applications, so that the users can change that.

    Hi Matthias,

    If the system keyboard is set to key board of German- the short cuts are “Ctrl+0 and Ctrl+1” for zooming in and out.

    Can you try same and let us know.

    it's Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.021.20058 and Adobe Reader (the latest version)
