Hello,
We are sorry that you are facing this issue in install of Acrobat DC on Mac 10.14.5.
To investigate further, we need you all to collect logs and share with us so that we can investigate the issue.
Download the log collector tool for mac from:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
Run the dmg, collect the logs and attach the log .zxp file.

An error occurred while saving the comment Martijn Meindersma commentedI've got the same problem. I've got a mid 2019 MacBook Pro and a paid Adobe CC account. I can install all of the apps without any problem but with Acrobat DC it fails all the time.
I've told Adobe about this problem about a month ago but haven't heard of them since. In the meanwhile I have to pay the full amount without being able to use one of the apps I use the most.
I don't have other partitions, I've got a good internet connection with 600 Mbps download. I really want to have this solved.
