My client needs the fix desperately, because thousands of deliveries have now to be done by hand, because of the broken matrixcode. This is very urgent!

An error occurred while saving the comment vertumnus commentedHello Gaurav,
I've put a sample (stripped down) document that shows the functionality to the document cloud: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn%3Aaaid%3Ascds%3AUS%3Aed399d38-df6c-4631-b840-21f636629396
There is a textfield that fills with the same calculated content that is shown as the DataMatrix field on the lower right. The calculation-code is the same.
I know that reader-functionality with this file doesn't work, usually after programming we add this functionality with the add. Adobe extension.
But Acrobat Pro DC did as expected show the Matrix-Field until the last update. Clients who could before use the file (with extension) in Reader are cut off.
Contact me if you have further questions, this is a real heavy bug.
Using Windows 10 latest version, MacOS 10.14.6 also with Acrobat Pro latest version doesn't show any longer the Matrix-Code.vertumnus shared this idea ·
