Hello,
We are sorry that you are facing this issue in install of Acrobat DC on Mac 10.14.5.
To investigate further, we need you all to collect logs and share with us so that we can investigate the issue.
Download the log collector tool for mac from:
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
Run the dmg, collect the logs and attach the log .zxp file.
Thanks,

A brand new iMac running Mojave, I am able to install the Creative Cloud app and then via that Illustrator and other apps. When trying to install Adobe Acrobat DC however, as soon as the installer gets between 2-4%, the Creative Cloud app crashes.
I have uninstalled all the apps, run the Creative Cloud Cleanup Tool and restarted the Mac however the issue persists.
Error log (tried attaching but didn't post) contains the following:
1 warnings(s)
FATAL: Error (Code = 183) executing in command 'RunProgramCommand' for package: 'ASUInstaller', version:2.0.0.43
FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: ASUInstaller Version: 2.0.0.43). Error code: '183'

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Joe
Whilst I was experiencing a similar issue with not being able to install Acrobat Pro DC, even though other Creative Cloud apps were working without issue, I have now been able to resolve this.
Originally Creative Cloud would crash when the Acrobat installer reached between 2-4%, whether attempting to install directly via the CC app or as a download - which then installed via CC anyway?
Whilst capturing the logs via the CC Log Collector Tool, I thought I'd try installing the stand alone application - see https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-apps-download.html.
To my surprise (and relief) the application installed successfully without going through the CC app. I was then able to log in with my Adobe ID once the installation had finished and Adobe Pro DC is now working.
Hopefully this will also work for some of the users here!
Best Wishes
Joe
