    Creative Cloud App is version 4.9.0.504
    Yes, I tried the standalone installer as well as the Creative Cloud App installer. Both end up crashing. Latest logs with attempt from CC app are enclosed. Thank you.

    I am able to install with the standalone installer but when I try and launch Acrobat DC I get an "error 16" and it crashes.....it also crashes the Adobe Creative Cloud app. I am on an enterprise license (that includes Acrobat) and am able to install other apps, just not Acrobat. Had to uninstall the standalone Acrobat to get anything to work again.

    Same issue....was there ever a resolution to this?
