    I never agreed to you taking out $9.99 I agreed .99 a month and I don't agree seeing my phone isn't even full and you lost a lot of my music but, I had to pay to buy new music. I had Pinks album but the disappeared so I had to buy new music! Also theirs one Apple store in this area and you have to wait hours for help last time it took 3 days to get me back in because the first one said I had to wait 24 hours the second time I had to wait 2 days. I really don't know why I have security questions that when they say no you don't live their how do they know I should know where I grew up more then you guys!!!
