   Hello,

   We are sorry that you are facing this issue in install of Acrobat DC on Mac 10.14.5.

   To investigate further, we need you all to collect logs and share with us so that we can investigate the issue.

   Download the log collector tool for mac from:

   https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

   Run the dmg, collect the logs and attach the log .zxp file.

   @anonymous Sounds like a fix if you have had Acrobat installed and have a backup of it. But if you have a new machine that has never had Acrobat installed.......it's not so simple.
