    Me too. It's been a couple of months that updates are stalling and Creative Cloud is unusable, except for Acrobat Pro DC. There doesn't seem to be any technical support, or if there is it's so hidden it can't be found. The subscription is expensive and we are getting nothing for our money. Disgraceful.
