Fix Creative Cloud so It will load

Fix Creative Cloud so It will load. I have been paying for a subscription since 2015 and two months ago it quit working. Yeas all applications. It will not let me reload or sign in. Tech support was useless. Every body wants to point the finger else where. Either it works or it don't - right now it don't help!

    Me too. It's been a couple of months that updates are stalling and Creative Cloud is unusable, except for Acrobat Pro DC. There doesn't seem to be any technical support, or if there is it's so hidden it can't be found. The subscription is expensive and we are getting nothing for our money. Disgraceful.

    I am having the same issue. I've just upgraded the three packs for ai, photoshop to add to Adobe DC and nothing is working!! Creative Cloud desktop is hanging whilst updating. I've been trying to install for over 10 hours now - very frustrating as holding back my launch!
