Hello,
Also we second this request. We have a situation whereby we use Citrix to publish applications. For those members who have Adobe Acrobat licenses, their PDF application is set to Adobe Acrobat within the virtual environment. Installed within the virtual environment as per the XenApp deployment guide and working fine.
Small print states though, if the user has a local copy installed and licensed (they do), that it will be signed out if they use the copy on their virtual environment. Cue many non tech savy people having the sign back into their Acrobat numerous times per day.
Adobe support state that there is no way to work around this issue.
What WOULD fix this issue is a seamless method of signing into their Adobe ID Account.
Accounts are federated with Azure AD and so we use single sign on. All we need the software to do is utilise the account they have signed into previous to sign back in once again. Without any user interaction would be excellent and solve all of our issues.
