Single Sign On
Allow us to automate the sign in process when using Federated IDs by either implementing a reg key to default to enterprise ID and grab their AD email or something else.

Adobe is really close to a decent SSO experience. All you need to do is request the claim token (like Office, OneDrive, Dropbox etc.) on first launch.
Adobe's implementation of IDP and SSO in Azure is great. It's a little silly to see the application drop the ball like this.

Along with this - the ability to prohibit signing on with an Adobe ID or Facebook/Gmail/Apple. It's an *enterprise* license....we need to have administrative control.

Hi,
Could you please update the Acrobat to latest version and see if issue is resolved after that. -

Hello,
Also we second this request. We have a situation whereby we use Citrix to publish applications. For those members who have Adobe Acrobat licenses, their PDF application is set to Adobe Acrobat within the virtual environment. Installed within the virtual environment as per the XenApp deployment guide and working fine.
Small print states though, if the user has a local copy installed and licensed (they do), that it will be signed out if they use the copy on their virtual environment. Cue many non tech savy people having the sign back into their Acrobat numerous times per day.Adobe support state that there is no way to work around this issue.
What WOULD fix this issue is a seamless method of signing into their Adobe ID Account.
Accounts are federated with Azure AD and so we use single sign on. All we need the software to do is utilise the account they have signed into previous to sign back in once again. Without any user interaction would be excellent and solve all of our issues. -

There is no way available to do single sign on as of now but we have taken note of your request and will look into it. We will update you once the team prioritise it and implement it.
Thanks.

Yes please I second this. An experience like that of MS Office ProPlus (365) would be perfect, where the product automatically signs in to MSOL in order to activate itself, without any user interaction.
There is no user interaction actually *needed* by Adobe to sign the user in, Acrobat has access to everything it needs to effect an auto sign-in (via ADFS), so why can't this be hands-off? Most of our users are not tech-savvy hipster types running Adobe products on their MacBook Pros from beard grooming parlours in Shoreditch, they are tech-challenged normal people who will click the wrong button given half a chance, using AcrobatDC in a Citrix environment.
Please could some consideration be given to streamlining this user experience for enterprise customers using Federated IDs, or perhaps explaining in a KB somewhere why this is not possible.
