    I have seen several people report that having DC open PDFs in tabs solves this issue for them. It does not work for me unfortunately.

    I had always used the tabs settings from the beginning (it is on by default). I have toggled it back and forth, the shadows are always removed when I open a PDF.

    I am on Windows 10 Version 1903 Build 18362.476. If you're on a newer version and the tabs setting fixes the issue for you, can you let me know?
