I am sure you have had the heads of all departments working on this ground breaking technology and have had little time to update your loyal customers on your progress. If you could please find a few precious moments to give us a small insight into where you are at with your research. I am hoping and praying for this game changing feature to be implemented before the turn of the century however will understand given the gravity of the situation if this is not possible.
