    I can recreate this issue two ways so far.
    1. If I open a PDF from an Internet Explorer browser and it opens IN the browser (no other browser does this)
    - If you go into Manage Add-Ons and then under Show, select "Run without permissions", click the Adobe PDF Reader and DISABLE
    - This effectively makes the app open the PDF itself and not within the browser

    2. Any time I attempt to add comments in a PDF, it removes the shadow as well.

    I have the following version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC:
    Continuous Release | Version 2020.006.20042

    This happens on both Pro and Reader alike.
