    Please disable this. It is so **** distracting to have the panel and pop-up trying to sell this **** tool. Which I don't need, want or even asked for!

    I see where they went, I see where lot's of people complained about them before. But I spent way too much time figuring out where they went. Should have left the UI locations available or given us a way to design what elements are on the tool bar. Just moving **** without any warning is beyond annoying.
