I’m seeing the same problem in a healthcare environment where information is king and time is critical. Windows environment uploading documents to a web server when checking the correct file has been uploaded Reader is opening the old version without changes leading the user to believe the old file is still on the server. If saved with a different file name after redownloading from the server the newest version is displayed. There are no plugins installed. I will update version details when I’m back at work.
This is a life-and-death environment!!! Please resolve the problem with the highest priority.
