    Today I tried combining files into a single document, and I'm told that my license is expired. After having to reset my password, I found that not only was my license NOT expired, my starred files are DELETED AGAIN. What the **** is wrong with your software, that you can't keep 5 files in memory for me?

    It happaned AGAIN--I was signed out of Acrobat without action by me, and it wanted me to reset my password. After I reset my password, all my starred files are gone. WTF is wrong with this software?

    Too soon to answer after update, but:
    no, my starred files persist for months at a time then disappear
    no, typically I add starred files as I need them (not all at once)
    When starring a file, always access it from... set to This device only (I only access it from a single computer).

    Thank you for the prompt reply, and I'll let you know if the issue arises with the latest release.
