   For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.

   I HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH SAME ISSUES FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. BUT THANKS TO COMMENT BY "VR" ON 12/13/19 AND SOME ADDED STEPS I WAS ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT

   HOW TO FIX IT:
   RIGHT CLICK ON THE BAR WHERE YOU CAN SELECT THE TEXT, CROSS, ETC.. SELECT "SHOW ALL LABELS" THEN THE "CHANGE COLOR" OPTION WILL BE DISPLAY,AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE COLOR TO BLACK OR ANY OTHER COLOR YOU MIGHT WANT.

   I AM UNSURE WHY WOULD THEY MAKE WHITE THE DEFAULT!?
