An error occurred while saving the comment Adminsagrover (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi Benny,
I am sure you will not be experiencing this issue with all PDFs. Infact for such files we show this error as soon as you place anything from F&S app to the PDF.
Can you please try using Edit application on that particular PDF? and it will be great if you could share a sample file with us.

An error occurred while saving the comment Adminsagrover (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi Alan,
Hope you are doing good. Sorry for the late reply and the inconvinence caused to you.
The behavior is as expected. Fill and Sign application is for adhoc signing purposes.
You can fill the document using Fill and sign and then use our Send for Signature application to get your documents signed by yourself and others.

An error occurred while saving the comment Adminsagrover (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
You will no longer be able to edit the previously added annotations post signing and saving the document. This is as per design.
If you wish to save a template then don't sign it. You can make the changes and then sign it at last.
Hope this helps !!

For PDFs having active form fields, only the sign option is displayed. This is AsDesigned behavior.
Regards,
SandeepAn error occurred while saving the comment Adminsagrover (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
The PDF with which you are trying is a PDF containingg active form fields. For such PDFs only the sign option is displayed. Plus in you case there seems to be some security settings due to which sign option is being shown as disabled.
Do let me know in case of any issues.

An error occurred while saving the comment Adminsagrover (Admin, Adobe) commentedHi,
You can create a new signature/initial by clicking on "Sign" when you enter the Fill and Sign application. The signature/initial will get stored on your machine and will get linked to your account. It will be available to to other devices as well when you sign in from your account.
