Today trying to submit a similar document and now only getting blank screen after the upload completes. Rebooted and still same result. Here is version info. Yesterday I was able to submit 2 separate files for signature (but couldn't add a second attachment...)
Today trying to submit a similar document and now only getting blank screen after the upload completes. Rebooted and still same result.
