I have the same exact problem! After doing a google search it seems as if there are a LOT of people with this problem.
Akanksha Garg- I know you replied to this almost two years ago, but I will answer your question if you are still listening:
After measuring and marking up a site plan in 2D, right click, then click "Export measurement markup to Excel". Then when you open the Excel file, all of the measurements are wrong. I'm sure it has something to do with the export scale settings not matching the scale settings on the drawing, but I can't find anywhere to change the settings.
