    1. Do you see the sign in dialog with any PDF file or with specific PDF file?
    2. Can you please share a snapshot of the sign in dialog being displayed to you?

    Are you trying to force people to use a different PDF program? This is a complete pain ********** that I have to keep logging in to use the program. How the **** do you turn it off.
