Agree with all of the previous comments. Loss of productivity is beyond imagination! I want my money back! Furthermore, why are users required to post "ideas" to improve your business when you have no regard for my business. Where are the answers to all of the comments about the insane requests to log in each time we open a darn PDF. WOW, that is beyond absurd.
