ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT? If not, why not? It asks me to sign in at least once a day and I am in my own secure home. Let's face it, it is not web banking. What is the worst than can happen - somebody who is not a customer gets access to Acrobat Pro DC. I think you have probably lost many more customers than the number that have found a way to get it unlawfully. I would not object to logging in to get the latest updates but that should only be once a month. I am attaching the login screen shot you request but surely you know what it looks like! At the very least, you could use cookies or other method to fill in the email address which is what all sites do except the very high security ones. I am paying $21.99 per month. Can I send you an invoice for all the time I waste at $100 per hour?
