    i agree that this is not resolved. i can either go click buttons in my toolbar with my mouse; but if i want to just use keyboard keystrokes (which i do), i need to 1) set the "View" >> "Page Display" to "Single Page View" and then 2) set the "View" >> "Zoom" to "Fit Height".

    to do this on my keyboard, i click 'Alt + V', then 'P', then 'S', then 'Ctrl + 0'. that's four keystrokes. kinda annoying and my dexterity is only about 80% accurate with that combination :) it'd be nice to have a single keystroke. ya know?
