    Hi,
    Thanks for using Acrobat. We are really sorry that you are facing this issue.
    To investigate this further, we would like to know few more details.
    - Could you please let us know the build number of Acrobat that you are using ?
    - Also, are you facing this issue on all the files or some specific file? In case it is specific to a file, can you share that ?
