Acrobat crashing in Sierra 10.12.4
Freezing on opening a PDF. Force quit is not working. Cannot restart or shut down computer.

- Test File where you are seeing this issue.
- Steps where it's crashing
- Copy the Crash logs and send it to us.
Adobe sends can be used to share the file. Please follow the steps to share the file
- Open this link - https://cloud.acrobat.com/send
- Click on “Select files to Send”
- Click link "Choose file from my computer" and Select the file
- Click on "Add Files", if you have more files to add
- Click on Create link and Share this link with usThanks.

I am having a similar issue. Every time I try to edit a form, it crashes immediately. I thought it was the new update and cant' find a previous version to revert back to. Please help. Need this form done asap.

To investigate this further, we would like to know few more details.
- Could you please let us know the build number of Acrobat that you are using ?
- Also, are you facing this issue on all the files or some specific file? In case it is specific to a file, can you share that ?
