    I am having the same problem. Purchased an annual subscription and it works fine on my Windows PC. When I log in with my MAC it tells me my trial is over. Very frustrated.

  2. need to fix the problem of it telling me that i need to renew my subscription. you charge me every month but still say that i need to renew
