    Hi,

    Please provide the following information to reproduce the issue at our end:
    1. Your OS version
    2. Installed Acrobat/Reader version
    3. Printer drivers and model
    4. Sample PDF document on which you have observed this issue.

    I am using windows 10 with an HP Officejet 6820. The print dialogue showed the option to print double sided but when selected, the document still came out single sided. I eventually discovered that the printer properties were set to use the "Windows IPP class driver". I changed the driver to "HP Officejet Pro 6820" and the printer now prints double sided when requested.
