    @Phillippe Bruno, you are right! It should be included in Acrobat...

    If you want to change the appearance of the bookmark icon and you need the Plug In "Autobookmark". Once installed, choose Bookmarks-Modify bookmarks- Normalize bookmark Icon and it's done!
