How big is your file (size, number of pages, file format)?
Is it possible for you to share the image file so we can investigate?

Also have a user experiencing the same issue, with various different file sizes and formats, all get stuck at 72% indefinitely.
This is on a Windows10 machine with a full Adobe creative cloud license including Fill and Sign
