    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
    Kindly share with us your machine details and Acrobat version.
    Also please provide us some sample files on which you are facing this issue

    The advice from Nick about Group Policy sounded hopeful. But in our case we get the problem even if the PDF files are saved to the PC desktop, rather than on our server.
