    Hi,
    The issue faced by you is due to the setting of the document set by the user. Please see the following setting in the document :
    1. Open Document→File → Properties → Initial View Tab → uncheck Center Window on screen

    Please make sure the setting is not checked in your document to avoid the issue.

    Lyle Waters is correct! This solution is NOT a good one. The window has already resized and moved. A user can change the setting for NEXT time. Users need something that overrides whatever the file's "initial view" setting. I can easily adjust a file (new tab) but chasing a known and liked window around the screen is bonehead. It is MY window not someone telling me how to view their file.
