    Thanks for reaching out to us for you conerns.

    We already have it implemented in Reader.
    Do “File” → “Reopen PDFs from last session.” And that should restore all the pdfs that were present in you last session at the time of Quiting the application.

    Hi,
    that function is great in general, thanks!

    What is an issue is the following case: If Adobe is closed (like after system start) and if a pdf is clicked on in the file explorer, then Adobe opens, but first opens the just requested PDF and afterwards all the PDFs from the previous session. Unfortunately the PDFs from the last session are open in front so covering the PDF that I as a user actually want to look at/work with.

    Are there possibiities to change that behaviour so the PDFs from the last session are quietly opening in the background?
