    I have this issue with the attached PDF; It happens in a 24MB PDF and reduce file size (standard option adobe) fails with the "An error was encountered while processing images." message.
    Stripping the PDF from all its content (in xslfo); it seems related to a small SVG image in the static-content-before of the PDF, also attached.
