    Thanks for reporting your issue to Adobe. We need more information from you. Please pass us your login email so that we can check on our end. Will you be able to provide more details, such as a screenshot showing where you are executing the operation? Or details of the steps that you performed would be great. What products are you using to request e-signature? Acrobat desktop application or Acrobat web (document cloud) application? If you are on a mobile device we redirect to use the Sign mobile apps directly as it is working best for mobile.
