    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information? For example:

    • Steps where you encounter the issues in Acrobat Web page
    • The file that you are trying to use
    • Any error that might pop up on screen 

    Or any other information that you might deem important will really help us to resolve this issue.
