1. Right Side pop-up panel is extremely annoying. Can we park it like the other annoying controls pop-up (black rectangle w/ cursor,hand, etc?

   I realise this is an old post, but my Adobe has suddenly (I'm guessing because of an update) moved the tools panel to the right side instead of on the top. Could you please allow users to pull the tools panel back to the top, and not make changes to functionality that require users to create new thinking patterns and habits? We read from left to right, not top to bottom (in English).
