Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might have encountered while using Acrobat Web.
To view the resolved comments, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on the "Filters" button located in the upper right section of the comments panel.
- The filters panel will appear; there, click the "Resolve" button, and then close the filters panel.
- All the resolved comments will now be visible in the comments panel.
To assist you further, I have included screenshots that guide you through these steps.

I know the "Filters function" exists,
furthermore, I would like to display both unsolved and resolved comments at the same time.
