For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The site keeps freezing up. I have restarted my browser, computer, and reset cache. When I am logged in, I click "Request e-signatures" and nopthing happens. When more loading is complete, I am at the upload screen. I click "Select file" but no window opens. I try to drag and drop from my hardrive and nothing happens. Very buggy today. Also, Some sections of site are blocked out with error: rain clouds with words "Something went wrong"

  2. Adobe made me sign up for their paid service, in order for me to be able to download my edited pdf file, after the service was advertised as FREE on Google multiple times. It then corrupted my fully edited file after it had me sign up for the free trial. I cannot afford this time back. I regret my time spent with Adobe, as I was lured with false advertising, and then the website didn't uphold it's other promise of allowing a fully edited file to be downloaded following a subscription sign-up for the Adobe service. I'm very disappointed.

  3. I lost all the editing i did from 3.30pm to 5.30 pm. I want to complaint. even after taking premium trial the software is very slow and bad. in fact the worst

  5. Acrobat 2024 is one of the worst software downgrades that i've experienced in the last 25 years. Its endlessly frustrating. Its slower than Acrobat 2020, more expensive, it often decides not to work, it prevents me from opening multiple PDFs. As soon as my busy season is over I will be cancelling my 5 subscriptions and finding another solution.

  9. Oh my ******* god, will you stop changing Acrobat and adding layers of stupid functionality that no one works? And why do you keep pushing upgrades to my subscription, or separate subscriptions? when I don't need it? Somehow I have 3 duplicate Adobe account bills because your apps dishonestly state that I don't have an account.

    Adobe has become so evil. You're horrible and you've made the product significantly worse. As soon as I can find a competitor, I'm moving over. You guys hate your customers.

  10. I cancelled my Adobe and uninstalled in my computer on Dec.13 On Dec. 15th my CC was charged for 2 programs for $39.29.
    Please refund my CC with this amount - all efforts to contact anyone have gone unanswered- email undeliverable and no Representative ever called me back

  14. I absolutely hate Adobe now. Where tf is my Adobe Pro app gone? I don't want to use your web based ********! Where is my stamp tool? Where is the layout I'm familiar with? You're a bunch of rank idiots!

  15. This is the worst product for the most amount of monthly money I have ever purchased. The app for Mac is horribly inefficient and never works properly. I have to use the online website in order to actually edit documents. Now, when trying to use the online website I cannot even upload a document without getting an error code every time. 30 dollars/month is a waste for such a horrible service. I will be cancelling and hope for a refund.

  16. this program is not user friendly for editing pdfs, nor does it properly convert them into word documents. It also shuts down constantly while i'm working.
